Comparing Compact Cameras

I was looking through some camera magazines review to decide on a compact camera that I planned to buy for my nephew. I narrowed down my choice of digital compact camera to three models. The canon powershot A460, nikon coolpix L10 and the panasonic lumix. Their prices is about the same. Went to a shop to compare the picture quality of the three cameras. I personally prefer the nikon but my nephew prefers the canon. In the end I bought the canon for my nephew.
