Threadmill

Getting very lethargic lately. Must be the stress from work. I was determine to get my energy back on track so I bought a motorised threadmill from an auction site. I got it reasonably cheap though... I used my threadmill at night after work, that' the only time I get to use it during the weekdays after a long day in the office. Put it in front of the TV and do my regular jogging routine. After a few days with the threadmill exercise, it seems to be working. No longer feeling so tired and sleepy....
